I always use body scrub twice a week, First time I bought boot body scrub "Amazon Forest Brazil Nut & Vanilla Body Scrub" ( buy 1 get 1 free that's why I bought it hahaha)

How I use it: I cleaned my body with soap, washed off and then I applied scrub pretty much just like body wash , scrubbing in a circular motion to remove the dead skin cells and left it on my skin for 10 minutes.

How it feels: Smell good and made my skin softer, scrub didn't make me hurt. My ex-boyfriend couldn't resist me everytime I used it (hahaha that's the best point of it).

Buy it again? : If it sales "Buy 1 get 1 free" again, I will buy it next time.


Next my younger sister bought soap & glory sugar scrup and why I have to buy a new one, I shared it with her (without shared her money hahaha).


How I use it: I used it the same way as Amazon Forest Brazil Nut & Vanilla Body Scrub.

How it feels: Smell ummm... it smells good, fruity smell, but I prefer vanilla smell and it melt so fast. By the way my skin feels soft and it feels so good, I love my feeling after using this than vanilla scrub. I think except the smell and melt so fast, this sugar scrub is better than vanilla scrub.

Buy it again? : If my sister buy it (hahaha :P).

You can make it at home, I didn't try it yet but I think it's easy to make.

Next is Victoria's secret scub, it discounted that time about 7$.

How I use it: I used it the same way as Amazon Forest Brazil Nut & Vanilla Body Scrub.

How it feels: It smells clean, mint and fresh. It melt as fast as soap & glory but the feeling after used it, I think soap & glory is better.

Buy it again? : Nope, I think soap & glory is better choice if I want to use sugar scrub.

I love long hair but always like 2-3 inches from the ends are completely split!

- Leave this treatment stay on your hair at least 30 minutes.
- Wash your hair (2 times will be good) and use hair conditioner.


P.S. This treatment will make your hair rough first and then when you wash your hair, it will be soft and silky.
